Our Uniforms Are Fading Away....

Our current uniforms are approaching their 18th season of wear.  The average life span of a band uniform is 8-10 years.  While our uniforms may look fine from a distance, many have worn or faded fabric, constant loss of buttons and snaps and years of mending and cleaning.

Our best estimate is that our current uniforms have performed at over 75 football games and over 136 Fall Season competitions, 85 Winter Season competitions as well as numerous parades, concerts, and other public performances including biennial appearances at Disneyland.  It is time to replace our uniforms.

Because we will not be receiving any school funding for the uniform replacement, we are turning to our friends for help.  We currently have $1,575 in our Uniform Replacement Account and our fundraising efforts continue. 

We would love if you could help us continue our tradition of music excellence and consider contributing to the Rodriguez High School Entertainment Unit Band Uniform Replacement Fund.  All contributions are tax deductible (EIN 68-0484843).

Each new uniform costs several hundred dollars which includes jacket, sash, bibbers, gauntlets and a shako.  Any contribution made is a step in the right direction toward the goal of having the band look as amazing as the members that make up the unit itself.  Thank you for your support of the Rodriguez High School Entertainment Unit!!
